Exclamation Right words at the right time do make a difference

A sincere word of encouragement, at just the right time, may be the turning point for a struggling life. Beautiful, comforting words are like a refuge from the storm and a shade from the heat:

"I am proud of you."
"You are very precious."
"Within you are many wonderful gifts."
"God has special plans for you."
"You are wonderful and deserve every good thing."
" I care."

Words of kindness make a vast difference in our lives. One caring action can make a positive difference in someones life. Kind words can be like a beacon of light in a dark world.

We all need kind phrases spoken to us. Encouragement is a universal need. Everyone has issues to contend with, but when we speak that which is good, sincere and of true appreciation, a transformation takes place.

Negative words only hurt and destroy. Gossip, unconstructive statements and untruths reflect the insecurity of those who state them...We must disregard them when we hear them from others or from within ourselves.

We all have challenges, trials and difficult experiences. Nevertheless, we need to be of help to each other. Lifting up those who are down.

I, for one, want to be a blessing to someone. I want to make a difference in your life.

Thank you. Very well spoken.
I think this is especially true 'here' - on the internet - where we have nothing 'but' words - no facial expression, inflection, gesture to help convey our meaning.

Even on this impersonal 'net or perhaps 'especially' here our words can have such power - positive or negative.

Thanks Gail!
