Smile I got the bug too...

I've been researching since 1988 and had time this past year to really get some information and trace things WAY back!

Would love to chat with others about sources, etc.

I am just getting started and was hoping to chat as well. We are searching DH's family and can only get back to 1860. Seems that Russia didn't keep great records on their jewish emigrants so it appears his family just magically showed up in england from no where. But we did discover that some of his family were here illegally which was kind of funny. It is pretty cool.

I am fortunate enough to have my family history back 700 years at least on one side and 400 on the other...I am a descendent of one of the mayflower passengers so my history is well documented backwards and forwards from that point in history.
