Tell her to bypass the placing agency and SRS and go directly to her governor. Tell her to get letters from the doctor as well as the therapist. Tell her that even if the placing agency or SRS tells her not to go to the court appearances, she needs to... she has a right to. The judge will ask if anyone has anything to add....she must stand up at that time and talk with the judge and present him with the letters from the doctor and therapist.
If she is not afraid of losing her license, she can hire her own attorney to step in as an INTERESTED PARTY to the case. This will allow her even more leverage to the case.... HOWEVER... the placing agency and SRS does not look kindly at this because their goal is to get the children back with their family.
