Has anyone adopted from China?

We just started the process and are looking for anyone with experience or advice!

Thanks!

We've decided to go with Bethany as our agency. A coworker of dh's used them for domestic adoption and was very happy.

Now we're just in money-saving mode. We're hoping that dh's Christmas bonus will be the same as in previous years - that will be a big chunk of the fee right there. I'm going to find a part-time job while dd is in school, too, to help save up.

We filled out the online application, and are waiting for them to get back to us. When I have questions, can I post them here? Because I'm sure I will have a ton of them.

Thanks
Monie

There is a yahoo group (a-parents-china · Adoptive Parents China ) that helped with a lot of my questions when we were in the process....

Thanks. I tried to register with them, but haven't heard anything back yet.

And why do the dishwasher and waterheater both decide to break when we're trying so hard not to spend any money? Blah. We might have to put this off a little while we try to fix them.
