Does anyone have a recipe for a layered taco casserole?? vegetarian would be fine

feel like putting this on the menu this month...but I have never made one.

and would someone please remind me what the 7 ingredients are for a seven layer dip? I think this is going to be another one of our easy meals this month.

Ok this is how I do it.
Brown hamburger meat, drain grease, add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning
Put that in the bottom of the casserole
spread sour cream (and taco sauce is optional)
Add grated cheese and sauteed onions

bake until hot and cheese is melted

Then take it out of the oven layer olives, lettuce then broken hard taco shells or tortilla chips.

I really just throw it all together and it's always good.

Some times we just make the dip and use tortilla chips to scoop it and eat it that way.

We do a layered mexi-flavor dish... taco lasagna

layer:
salsa
tortillas (I like La Tortilla Factory corn tortillas for this)
cheese mix (shredded monterrey jack, cottage cheese, egg to bind)
black beans
corn
salsa

You can add taco meat or chicken or none

I also do one in a saucepan:
salsa
can corn
can black beans
chopped chicken or whatever leftover meat (we do without, too)
dump them all in a pan, when heated through put spoonful on tortilla with cheese and roll up.
