What to do with more than a pound of jalapenos in the csa box this week?
You make a vat of jalapeno jelly...that's what. They were apparently more powerful than anticipated because the 'fumes' from the cooking were toxic to my eyes but it should be good tomorrow on our turkey meatloaf!!

pulse them up and freeze in ice cube trays. Then, you can just add one whenever you want it to make salsas, soups, whatev.
Apricot jalapeno jelly is the bomb diggity.
