What would you serve with this soup?

I am trying out a new recipe tonight and want to include something else as a side but am not sure what. Whatever it is, it needs to be gluten and dairy free.
The soup is Coconu-Red Curry Pumpkin Soup - sounds interesting, eh?

true, rice doesn't dip. I would probably just put the soup directly over the rice.

i bet that would be good, but more of a creamy rice dish not a soup...

i need to serve it and try it both ways and settle this once and for all!
