Need wedding gift ideas

My Dad and his long time live in are getting married on Dec. 7th. They are both pretty well off, so they have a lot of stuff. She loves antiques which I can't afford and he loves western movies. But they have tons of knick knacks, religious items and all other kinds of junk. They are both huge into the Catholic Church and she has mentioned some religious stuff her one of her daughter's gave her that she really loves. I have a problem here, because a) I'm not Catholic and am not sure what qualifies as super cool to a Catholic, and b) I am no where near as well off as her dds to buy some expensive sentimental Catholic thing. They own tons of movies. I have no idea what to get them. I would like to get them something they can keep, but I am I pretty much convinced just to get them another gift card to a restaurant.

Anyone else have a relative over 65 get married? What do you get senior citizens that is romantic or whatever?

I think older couples love pictures. Maybe you can make a scrapbook of a father/daughter thing, add pictures of him and his future wife. It'll be very personable so it'll have more meaning. Hope this helps.

do they have a wedding registry anywhere? if so, it would make it so much easier for you to get them something.

I always like pairing a gift with a gift card. So for instance if i was buying for someone who likes cooking I would buy them a blender and give them a gift certificate to chef central. Maybe you could do something along those lines
