EFT Tapping Circle This is a circle of support for those who join. All interested in EFT are eligible. You do not need to be in advanced in EFT to participate. If you want to learn more about EFT see the stickies in the main forum. We will take turns tapping for a member's issues for a three day cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to further support our friends and families here energetically and spiritually. It is also an opportunity for you to get additional support for yourself.

even though I don't know what to say when Nonie gets into a mood
even though I don't like being around her...
even though my skin is breaking out with acne, because I let Nonie get under my skin...
even though I feel badly because I want her to leave
even though I am annoyed at myself for not saying 'No' to her extravagant gifts...
even though it is my wish to never ever see her again...
even though I let her negativity get to me...I give her that power over me...



I just want to say, I am so proud of myself in how well this visit has gone. I has been so good...like 100% better than ususual. I totally credit EFT for that. I know because I changed my energy... our interactions have been so much better.
But she is a piece of work.

Thanks, mamas. You know this tapping circle is so interesting for me. I get so much enjoyment form supporting others. I also am enjoying ALLOWING myself to be supported. It is not an easy thing to allow. the whole thing is just incredibly powerful.

They are now GONE. They have left the building!!!
Thank goodness.

I feel pretty good about this visit. My energy with them was so different than last time...actually than the whole REST of my LIFE!

That said, she is so awful to be around. I am so glad they are gone. Dh said he does not want to visit with her anymore. Which means no more visits with my dad. I support him. Actually I wish I had the guts to say the same thing a long time ago.

Hey Mama, glad to read they are gone.

The tapping circle - every time I tap for someone else, I feel great afterwards. And some days I haven't bothered to tap for myself at all, but I'll take the time to tap for someone else, and then there I am getting benefit from it.

(This may be disjointed, I'm rushing 'cause hubby is waiting on me...)
