EFT Tapping CircleThis is a circle of support for those who join. All interested in EFT are eligible. You do not need to be in advanced in EFT to participate. If you want to learn more about EFT see the stickies in the main forum. We will take turns tapping for a member's issues for a three day cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to further support our friends and families here energetically and spiritually. It is also an opportunity for you to get additional support for yourself.

I'd love a round of tapping for myself. (But I'm happy to defer to someone else.)
This is PMS week for me -- I always have challenges the week before my cycle starts. Moody, food cravings, etc. I am starting to notice that I need extra support during this time. And just to ask here (and reveal) is huge!
I'd love support around:
feeling connected and supported by women and the feminine
making good choices for myself when I have few role models in how to do so
my body feeling out of whack, irritable, toxic, allergic, yucky ... etc.
And if not this time, I can ask again in a month!

Gosh, this sure feels good. I've had an amazing day, making really good choices that supported me. When I realized you all *are* tapping for me, I felt this amazing surge of energy and really opened to receiving.
