I received some very stressful news over the weekend. As a result, my heartrate has been elevated.

I'm doing low heartrate training for running, and a high HR is extremely detrimental to my progress and training. I ran both Sat and Sunday with terrible results.

So, today, I decided enough was enough. I have done everything I can and the HR stuff is just worry.

I used EFT and am happy to say that my resting heartrate has gone down by 15-20 beats! I'm going to try to run today and see what happens.

Later this afternoon I'm going to tap on the person's name. Every time I say it or think it, my HR goes up.

You can also tap on the incident...the news that you received. Tapping on the most intense bits using the movie technique.

Of course anything else that comes up while you are tapping(or when you think of the persons name) as well

Remember getting specific will give you the most lasting relief.

It went much better. It was nothing great, but definite improvement. I'll be running again today too. Perhaps there will be improvement again.
