What about setting aside a meditation time/tapping time each day? I can join you if you like. I have be *meaning* to do this. For me, I need to wake up earlier than the family to do this. But ideally I would like to tap at the end of the day~lol! Realistically morning is just more SURE.
You can always do continuous tapping.
You are ALWAYS welcome here.

Irina. I first read about EFT years ago as a means for helping children work through their anger. I bought two books for tapping with children. I downloaded Gary's manual and read most of it. And it took me until earlier this year to really get into it.
I know you already to so many things for healing and healthy living. You can feel great about what you are doing. (And then add tapping )
What I have been doing is tapping in the moment a lot. Sitting meditately and focusing on just EFT is very effective for me, but does not happen every day. So, if I notice a twinge of pain or anger or frustration, I start tapping. It works.

That's how I used to do it! At the end of the day, set aside a meditation and EFT time. then it somehow fell through the cracks.

You know I should re-evalute that. For some reason I get this "all or nothing" mentality. If I don't set aside time *just* for EFT... and so on. But you are right - thanks for the reminder!

That clears a lot.
That. Is. Brilliant. *Especially* when I talk on the phone with my parents!
Another thing I sometimes do in bed as I'm falling asleep is mental tapping. Gary calls it "imagining the tapping." It sounds pathetic to not have energy for tapping, but sometimes I just don't. Then, I imagine that I'm tapping and say phrases in my head.
I sometimes tap in the shower or in the car at red lights.
I'm *so* happy to see you back here again!
I love tapping in the shower. It's my only uninterrupted time of the day too. Only downside to it for me is that sometimes I want to make a note of something and can't.
