Which thing is stressing you out the most right now?
Pretend you are on the phone with your girlfriend and venting to her. use that language in your tapping. don't worry about set up phrases...just tap 7 -10 times at each tapping point as deborah shows in her video.
when you are tapping notice and images, ideas, past experiences, people, names..or whatever comes up for you. Then, you can tap on those things as well.
Remember, the feelings you are having now about things are valid, but also have hooks from the past. things that happened in your life..and responses that you had that are setting you up to feel the stress now.
