Dh is applying for a very good job potential in California.
I am just stunned. I mean we discussed it, but holy heck the reality of it is well...REAL.
I am excited, happy, confused, and, yup, apprehensive about the future unknowns. Although not too apprehensive. EFT has put me in such a good head space to help deal with anything that comes along.
I have been gearing up for going back to work here in NEw Zealand..developing a client base etc. I know I can do this in the States no problem, however...we will be moving to a SMALL town...hehe. 5000 people
So the job offer is not official, but he stands a VERY good chance. We had to do a lot of soul searching last night in regards to this. I am still soul searching right now as dh sends off his resume and cover letter.
my goodness.

Change is good mama! I can imagine how stunned yuo must be - it's a big one, but wow, I am excited for you! (Oh and I have not a slightest doubt that you will do great no matter here you are)

That's great Linda -- looking forward to hearing either way what you all decide. I lived abroad as a child and miss it terribly ... and I also remember moving back to the States and being very excited.
Hugs,
Deborah

I actually really like living abroad. But living on an Island..so far down south is a whole other thing. We are *really* far away from everyone~and it seems the psychological distance is much more than the actual distance. (from the 'other' perspective, not really from ours)
Change is always good. But we feel so settled with the kids here...that it seems horrible to uproot them~especially from my perspective. Not that I think it will harm them in any way, but boy, a lot of new extra work for me...
Yes, lots of aspects.
As for *where* in California..in the Sierra Nevadas...kind of near Yosemite. I'll tell you exactly if you want to know in an email
