This really resonates with me in thinking about myself and my children,clients, family, friends, etc.. It all goes back to the self acceptance issue. It is the basis for every response we have in this world. All we have is this moment right now. __________________ "If you only believe what you see, then you are limited to what's on the surface. I use this a lot when I tap with Stephania. After "I'm a really great kid" I add "I am perfect exactly the way I am."

I think it is so important. Even if you do not say the words, but in interacting with other people, even your kids. It shows in our interactions.
