I did a session on the phone with Deb Sunday, it was fabulous! We have met in person before, but it was quite a long time ago now. Regardless, she is so easy to talk to and just let the session flow where it needed.

She helped me tap through some physical shoulder pain that proceeded to dissappear in about 6-7 minutes. She immediately got to the source, which, though I am a very introspective person I had overlooked because it was a source of guilt and fear for me.

We did some deeper work afterwards and I can't speak highly enough. Deb, the visualization of my energetic relationship with my parents was incredibly insightful, I can't wait to work on it more myself and with you.

If anyone has some lingering stuff I would reccommend giving a phone tapping session a try. It was at least as effective, if not more so, as the EFT therapist I have seen in person.

That's awesome!

I was wondering about phone sessions. That's neat to know they they work as well as "in person" sessions. There isn't anyone around my area who does EFT.

Thanks Jo for the feedback -- I'm so delighted with how it was for you .... it's such a thrill when I work with someone who's open and moving and responsible

...

(For those of you who are curious, the phone sessions work very well - sometimes better than in person -- it's sometimes easier to bring up stuff by phone and it's very easy for me to read what's happening and guide the tapping by listening to your voice ... plus, it's so convenient -- ... I've been a client in person and by phone and by far prefer being a client by phone ... )
