A few questions from the newbie

My 'experience' now consists of 1) reading Gary's EFT Manual 2) Practicing the Sequence for two days

From reading the manual I understood to do a sequence once... 7 taps on each spot. But reading around this forum, reading stories and watching some other YouTubes it seems like some people do it 10, 15 or more minutes. Which of course will not be doing a Sequence once with 7 taps...

So, is it more taps but one Sequence? 7 taps but several Sequences? Both?

Great question -- for me, it's several/many sequences. I often do two or three rounds (sequences) before stopping and reassessing the intensity.

I agree, multiple rounds of the sequence, 7-10 taps at each point.
You do not need to do the 9 gamut as presented in the manual. (although the 9 gamut has come in handy for me a few times when I have been 'stuck' at a 2 intensity on something)

Often when you are tapping you end up tapping on different aspects of the issue and it can take multiple rounds on different aspects to get the intensity on an issue down.
