A real example of tapping on an injury~a burn.

Thinking about Stacy's post regarding injuries, I just remembered an experience I had about a month ago.
I think I am applying EFT to so much that it is not even standing out anymore~lol!

I recently took a corningware casserole out of the oven and put it on the counter(wearing pot holders~lol!). I turned away and then turned back, and took the glass lid off with my bare hand(forgetting that it was hot out of the oven) YIKES it hurt so bad and began to blister immediately. I went over to the sink and put it under the tap water...ran cold water on it..it really HURT. I put some salve on it that helped a tiny bit, but not enough. This was a bad burn. It was the size of a quarter on the inside of my hand.

It occurred to me about 15 minutes later to try EFT on it.

I tapped on different aspects..
~THe searing pain, red blister, burning, stinging..
~pain scale 8/10
~how STUPID I felt!!!

After tapping for about 10 minutes the pain went down to a 1/10. Then a zero.
The next morning when I woke up I just a a very small, half the size of a dime red spot and no blister and NO PAIN...no raw skin. My skin was perfectly intact.

(OK...now as I type this I am realizing I need to tap on the aspect about how stupid I felt. sheesh)
