I just have to say...wow. I had no idea that some of this stuff was still so deeply affecting me. Stuff like the disrupted adoption of Michael etc...

We had an hour session. I noticed a difference right away.

Now, I do have a question. Is it normal to feel restless for a few days after a session? I was kindof restless and off center ,but that has worn off.

So glad to hear you had great results .... it's amazing how past events still affect us today in different ways.

You asked about being restless -- I think everyone has a different reaction afterwards based on what you worked on and what's left. A lot of folks feel really good and energetic and relaxed. Others, still processing, might take a few days to feel that way.

You can always just tap on "feeling restless" and allowing integration time.
