Question???

I am just curious about the typical progression that occurs when one starts using EFT. Linda, especially has me wondering (I hope she doesn't mind my saying that). Is that typical, as you start releasing issues, your body/subconscious, etc. try to release more?

I know things have popped into my head that I had long forgotten lately. Very interesting....

I would agree -- if you think of an overstuffed laundry hamper or drawer - you can't empty out the drawer until you get the top stuff off -- but it's the stuff at the bottom that really stinks!

The tapping makes room to release the deeper stuff. And you know when you've cleared stuff when you can tap on current day situations without it bringing up things from the past .... that's my goal -- to be so free of my past blockages that I can operate just from the present. What a feeling of freedom!

Hugs,
Deb.

I don't mind

I really think that Deborah's analogy is good. I really feel like my body comes up with these symptoms to say "hey you, remember me???I am ready to move on with this issue! Get tapping." The issues do get deeper as I go on. I just had another migraine a few days ago" I could not get it to budge. When I tapped to the core issue, it was something from when I was a BABY.

Additionally, your subconcious mind knows now it is 'safer' to bring these thoughts/events responses up as you now have a 'tool' for dealing with them.
