I am not a Klutz

Hello friends,
I was working with a fellow EFT practitioner the other day. She specializes in sports performance and I was getting help to remove all the negative self-talk I have around my athletic ability. One insight I gained is that I am a kinesthetic learner and most teachers I have had tried to teach me visually. I am not a klutz, I just did not get to learn the way I needed to.
So, just in time for the summer and all our activities, here’s a tapping sequence to improve our comfort with our bodies.

Set-Up Phrase:
Even though I think I’m not good at this, I love and accept my body anyway.
Even though there is no way I can learn how to do this, I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though everybody else in the whole world is more coordinated than I am, I forgive myself for being a klutz.
Eyebrow: I’m such a klutz
Side of the Eye: There’s no way I can do this
Under the Eye: I’m so uncoordinated
Nose: My body just doesn’t get it
Chin: How can I learn this?
Collarbone: I have two left feet
Under the arm: I have no coordination at all
Head: I’m such a klutz
Eyebrow: But what if ….
Side of the Eye: I can learn this
Under the Eye: What if …
Nose: My body could be coordinated
Chin: I release this energy of uncoordination
Collarbone: And open to the energy of coordination
Under the arm: This energy of coordination
Head: This energy of coordination
