I went to a Level 1 workshop last weekend. It was amazing. It was so wonderful to have a dozen people there learning EFT and practicing with each other. I cleared some stuff, had epiphanies and watched others do the same. I also was very priveledged to work with someone who said she could not think of any 'issues' they were all 'little' and as we tapped, I led her to start with a feeling in her body, feeling sick to her stomach...and figure out the other times she had felt like that in her life. She found a core issue. Most likely the core of her panic attacks! What a blessing for her to find this out about herself.
It was so rewarding, I love the technique, and enjoying the journey and so very excited about the future.
I am planning(not sure if I can SQEEEEZE it in ~lol) about going to a level 2 workshop next month...I am so jazzed
