Maybe shes changed her mind. I wouldnt email her about returning them, thats her responseability.
I wouldnt refund after a month, the shops wont either.
Id either tell her, as she hasnt sent them back within a reasonable time (ie 1 month since the auction) you assume she has changed her mind.
Also the boots could easily have been damaged while in her care.
Or you could email her and give her a time limit of say 10 days to return them.
Personally Id do nothing until she contacts you and I feel its been too long to expect you to refund, youve already reminded her.
