Need help on what to do with an auction when a bidder doesn't pay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MESO:IT

Above is teh auction. This woman won it and then says she gave birth 3 weeks early so she was caught up with birth and forgot to pay. Then when she contated me she siad she would pay the following Thuresday. Well I don't think it will suprize you to hear she didn't pay. Then she said he DH left her and she was onabout to pay me for 2 weeks and she understood if I left - feedback and relisted. I told her I would relist but that it sounded as tho she were haveing a tough time of it and would leave her nutral FB. So I do as I said I would, come to find out that she has been able to pay for other auctions then and since. Oh well, I guess I just learned a valuable lession. So, to make a long story short,( TOO LATE) I was charged by E-bay for the sale of this auction and now I want to relist it but don't know how to do it. It won;t let me directly relist it. What do I do? I tried calling e-bay but as they keep hours that are shorter then a bank they are closed. Got any advise??

TIA

I think you have to file a nonpaying bidder report to get your fees back. I've only had to do that once so far. It has to be 10 days after the sale I think. You should be able to get your fees back that way.

Check out this link

report an unpaid item dispute

you may just be able to request to have your fees refunded.

Good luck !
