WWYD, feedback question

I bin'ed an auction for my Mom, and requested an invoice from the seller, with a note stating that I would need the product shipped to a different address than the one I have registered with Ebay or Paypal. I thought he understood, I got a payment request from him the next day, so went ahead and sent Paypal. I unchecked my shipping address, and in the box for a message, asked again that it be shipped to my mom, and gave him her address...

It showed up here saturday.

WWYD? Neutral? Say something like, quick shipping, bad customer service? Shipped to the wrong address, despite two requests?

Ironically, the city he shipped from is about 15 minutes from my Mom...

If the auction stated that they will only ship to confirmed paypal address, then I would leave a positive as that is what he did.

Otherwise, if it is an inconvience to you, I'd leave a neutral.

I leave negative feedback for items that weren't described properly, or for times when people don't pay.

It was probably just a mistake and forgot you didn't want it shipped to your paypal addy.

Didn't think of that, I'm checking... Nope, nothing like that in the auction.

It is totally inconvient, my Mom is a 2 hour drive away. The PO is only a half mile walk, but it's hot (90-100 degrees), and dd won't sit in the stroller...

And I totally agree about when to use negs. I think I've left one in my entire life, for a npb!

Thanks!

Oh, I thought you meant that your mom lives 15 minutes from you. LOL (I didn't read it well enough.)

I would contact the seller and maybe he'll refund half your shipping at least.

I've only had to leave negative feedback myself once. (NPB) It gave me a heart attack but they never retaliated. (sp?)

LOl, I know the feeling!!! It was for the sweetest grandma lady, but she just disappeared. She has a couple other NPB related negs too, from the same time, so at least I know it was nothing personal!!!
