I did my first auction last week and only had one picture, so I used the available spot provided by ebay.

Now I'm trying to get things together to auction more stuff, some in lots. I want to get pictures of everything on there but would like to host the pictures elsewhere. (Yeah I'm cheap... the extra 5 cents a picture... ohhhh... big spender I could be!)

Are the free image hosting sites easy? I went to see about signing up for photobucket (since I see so many people here use them for sig pics) but they only take new registrations at certian times of the day. (I'm an impatient instant gratification kind of person now!) LOL

Would it be easier if I just put the pictures on my ISP provided webspace? I have a few pictures on my AOL acct but boy do they SUCK for creating a real page.

Ack.... kids beating on each other ... post and run!!

I really like photobucket! It is very easy to use, and I have had zip problems with it. I didn't realize they only had registration at certain times of day though. Odd

So far, I've only used the ebay hosting. I do however have space at picturetrail. I also have a web site at yahoo and they just expanded the storage space and data transfer so I may try storing my photos there. Photobucket is good, but they do go down occasionally. They are free though and that's hard to beat

I usually load pic. to my desktop & then use the Ebay hosting thing....

I do store pictures at Photoisland.com but for the life of me, I can't find where you register. I was trying to help another lady on BBS set up an account & we can't find it.
