Shipping HUGE dog crate...need suggestions!

Hi there! We have a huge dog crate that I'm thinking of listing on ebay, but I'm not sure how we would ship it. When we bought it it was in a flat cardboard box which we no longer have. This is what I'm talking about...

I need some suggestions on how to package this thing...or should I just list it for pickup only? It was very expensive new and only used for about 6 months so we'd like to recoup some of the cost, yk?

Maybe you could ask a shipping company how much it would cost to have it shipped (including packaging) and put in the auction that it would cost that much to ship or that they could pick up....

We had a huge double stroller shipped by Greyhound bus. Had to wait a couple of days extra, but the smaller shipping costs was worth it.

Have anyone around you moving? I couldn't link to the pic for whatever crazy reason this morning, but if you can get your hands on a wardrobe box or an old appliance box & cut it to size that might work.

Good Luck!

Thank you both for the suggestions! The crate is 54"D x 45"H x 37W, but it does come apart and fold flat. Maybe I can make my own box with some wardrobe boxes and lots of tape. At any rate, I think I'll have to lug it somewhere to have it weighed...

Thanks!
