I sold Keaton's paintball gun on ebay and the winning bidder is some kid in Canada. He joined ebay the day before the auction ended and has 0 feedback. I stated in my auction that shipping "may be more to Canada". He lives in Canada and didn't want to pay more than the shipping quote I gave for shipping to the U.S.. When I told him that shipping would be more and sent him the quote from usps.com, he didn't respond. I emailed him 3 more times and finally got a response from someone ...telling me that he was this kid's "brother" and that he had used his email address when joining ebay. Yeah Right. I filed an unpaid item dispute with ebay and they sent the notice to him using the same email address and he responded to that immediately by leaving me neg. feedback.
I have emailed ebay with all of the information..
Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and had any luck getting the feedback retracted. I'm not holding out any hope for it.
Has anyone ever had a negative feedback on ebay retracted?
