Ebay mamas, would you buy from this guy?

Long story short, I did a search for a type of fabric I was looking for, and found an old auction that had ended. However, it appeared the seller had a website independant of ebay, so I looked that up and found the fabric available for sale there. But I am a little uneasy about buying from websites that I just stumble on, iykwim!

So I checked out the guys ebay feeback. It is 99.4%. Out of some 1600 transactions, he has had 10 negs left, 3 in the past six months, none in the last month.

Would you feel comfortable buying from his website?

For anyone who is curious, it is www.hotdiggitydog.com

Personally, I tend to only buy from places that accept PayPal except for major places like amazon, etc., but that's just me. I don't want my cc# out there everywhere and I like the protection pp provides if the seller doesn't follow through. I would probably contact him through ebay and ask him if he was planning on relisting it. He may be willing to if he knows you want to buy it. Just my .02.
