where is it going wrong? Are you starting it up and it's trying the "verify password" thing, you have to be on-line the first go round then you can change the preferences so that on start up from then on you can be off-line. Or can't you get that far? Are you running any spywear programs while downloading/installing? I've heard that will mess it up but I'm not sure how.
I just had some problems with mine. The people at E-bay help were really great & quick, although it took them 2 trys & I had to un-install & re-install 2x before anyone mentioned that my problem had to do was an unpaid balance that I wasn't (at least don't remember being) billed for.
