ack - I found out why. They run the card through to test it. They'll give me back my cash in a few days. Ugh.

Something similar happened to me once... I called them and they took off the charge - it had been for a pick-up, even tho I always did drop-offs.

Oh - it also occurred to me... this may be the initial $10 that they charge to make sure your credit card is valid - you should be refunded in a few days, if that's the case.
