I wash my hemp with the rest of my diapers. I do a cold wash, hot rinse, cold rinse then dry in the dryer

I also wash mine with the rest of my diapers.

I do a cold wash with a couple tbs. of detergent, a hot wash with either nothing or maybe 2-3 drops of TTO to freshen things, an extra cold rinse, and then in the dryer.

Sometimes I will occasionally use some extra baking soda for freshness or some Calgon water softener. We don't have hard water....ours is actually right smack in the middle between soft and hard.....but the occasional use of the Calgon seems to freshen things.
