Update to fleece allergy on my son...

This morning I put on his LCH AIO with a snap in fleece soaker and he blistered again!!! These were just stripped as well. I am so fed up. I have no money to buy all new diapers. But this takes away almost everything I own. I have 6 FBs, 8 LCHs, 1 BBH, 1 Katybug and some AIOs I made that all have fleece in them. That leaves me with 2 diapers that have flannel on the inside, but fleece on the outside (hmm wonder if they will cause a problem), a few fitteds that have a snap in (the snap is int he crotch area) fleece liner/soaker (do you think that snap will bother him w/o the liner) and the CPFS we have. UGH. I don't have enough covers to last more than 2 days. I am just so upset over this!!!!

for now, could you get some used CPF's and line the dipes with those until you can afford new stuff? I will check my closet and see if I can find anything for you.

He is a very skinny 2.5yo. He weighs about 21lbs and is 33 inches tall. So somewhere between a medium and large. All the larges we have are on the smallest settings.

My son developed a fleece allergy too. I used cotton liners to buffer his skin from the fleece, and still used the fleece. Kwim? Would this work? Saved me from needing all new diapers and covers.

If you have flanel receiving blankets cut them up to line the diapers, you won't need new ones hopefully.

Sell what you have on Ebay and get CPF, with the 6 FB you have you can get a dozen cpf and 5 prorap covers. That'd be a start.

Also if you can cover shipping I have two prorap AIO L and in my ebay auctions I have 5 motherease covers cheap in his size.
Link is in my siggy.

Yup. I did that with some of them. Sold some and then bought Bummis wraps and prefolds for him.

I really am pushing it to pay for shipping of the diapers I will be trading. But tell me about the proraps. I have never heard/or seen them before. How much did you want for them?

The motherese covers, are they velcro or snap?

I have enough CPFs just not enough covers. I use bumis and bumpins covers, but he is constantly pulling them off so snapping covers might be better for me. I use the cheap gerber pull ons for his fitteds.

I've been slowly getting rid of diapers around here, but have some holey SOS diapers that I can send to you for free if you don't mind some flowers or holes....at least to get you through until you can get some more diapers

I also have some medium prorap snapping covers, they are in great condition. Gracie can still wear them (over cpfs) and she is 26lbs, so I'm sure DC could wear them.

lmk if you'd like these, I'm not entirely sure how many fitteds I have, but none of them have fleece inners. Oh, and I do also have one large prorap AIO (no fleece inner either) that snaps thats in good condition that I can send as well.

If you want any/all of these I'll just send them to you (i'll cover shipping). It sucks that your son is having blistery rashes

ETA: the diapers are not in shreds by any means, just mostly a few holes on the outer material, but still very usable!

you could use your fuzzi bunz as covers for your prefolds instead of pockets for now
