Is there a reason I should keep CD jewel cases?

I have all our cds in a black case logic organizer. We rarely buy cds..we just download off itunes or the like now. I have a whole box of cd cases (from the ones that are in the organizer). Is there any reason to hold onto these? Should I just let them go...sometimes I sell cds and then i use the cases but really....how much can you get for a used cd...not really much.

I just got rid of all mine last year when I moved them into the binder. And the liner notes, except on some really special CDs that had extensive liner notes/lyrics - those I stuck in a pocket in the CD organizer.

I never seem to have enough of those things. I have actually consitered buying some. so if you do need to get rid of them, consiter selling them at least. (reduce, reuse, recycle )

I use them for sending picture cds to people, either by hand or by mail. or for taking a single cd somewhere for some reason.

I got rid of mine years ago. If it were today, I'd post them on freecycle. We've been happy with the binders for a long time... at least 5 years.

I'd keep them for sending etc... we only have one small shelf of cds. So I haven't even felt the need to put them in a binder yet. I have been thinking about doing this with our DVD's but it seems much less safe than the cases now that Little is on the way. I would like the room though, but I don't really have anything to put there. (The joy of deep decluttering... lol!) I am sure I will need to put baskets of diapers and baby toys somewhere though... they could go there! Oooooo... see now you got my morning brain working. Hm.... (Don and I are painting and organizing our bathroom and laundry area today)
