What do you all decluttering girls keep? I know it depends to some degree what you use the most, but I'm curious if anything can do double duty that I hadn't thought of.
Hm, well that is all I had for a long time. Now I also have a coffee maker (used to only have a french press, mostly drank coffee out and tea in), I have an ice cream maker (lol which I never use and could totally do without but like to use occasionally), a cocoa-latte maker (ahem, it was a recent MIL gift), a food processor (I went years without one of these but find myself using it more often). I could easily go back to just my stand mixer and blender. Oh wait, I do have a crockpot now too. I wouldn't go back to not having one of those. Or my coffee maker.
I would definitely be keeping my coffee maker, my stand mixer, my crockpot and my blender (in order of use for me).
on my kitchen counter is a microwave and coffeepot for appliances. thats it.
I also have a papertowel holder, breadbox, cookie jar and a wood block of knives and right now a vase of fake poinsettas zoey insisted we needed
I do have other appliances, all stuff we use tho. I keep everything else in the bottom of the pantry -the toaster, crockpot, deep fryer, hand mixer, blender, foreman grill, rotissiere and chelseys smore maker and crepe maker (holiday gifts lol)

Happy Holidays from my family to yours!
Vita mix, vintage bread box, coffee maker, Kitchen Aid mixer, & a container for my utensils (wooden spoons, whisks, etc) near the stove. I also have some oils & vinegars out near the stove. The items out are the ones I use daily.
I use my coffee maker and kitchenaid almost every day, so they are out on the counter. I also have a block of knives out (don't really consider knives an appliance but you know) and a canister of utensils. The rest are stored under a counter.
On my counter, a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In the cabinet, I also have my mixer and blender and electric griddle (we are pancake lovers here).
I own a breadmaker and a couple of other appliances that I keep downstairs most of the time. Once we get settled in our new house, the breadmaker may make its way back to the kitchen, but I'm not sure where ti would fit.
I only have a blender and a stand mixer on the counter, and not always the blender. In a cabinet, I keep a crockpot, a toaster, a french press, a whisper mill, and cuisinart. If I had more limited space, I'd keep the mill, the blender, and the french press. The rest of the jobs I could do with something else.
The only thing I keep on my counter is the coffee maker since it is used every day. We also have a 2 slice toaster, a blender and a crockpot which I keep in a cabinet.

On the counter I have:
a toaster
a breadmaker
On the pantry shelves I have:
electronic pressure cooker (used several times a week)
Kitchen Aid stand mixer (used a couple of times a month at most)
Hand mixer (used a couple of times a year)
Ice cream maker (used over the summer)
Rice maker (used a couple of times a week)
Hand blender (used for "creamy" soups)
popcorn maker (used several times a week)
Cuisinart (hasn't been used in years)
L'il Oskar food processor (used often)
Waffle maker (used a couple of times a year)
big George Foreman grill (used rarely)
little George Foreman grill (used rarely)
coffee maker (used when my mom or MIL comes over)
Omega juicer (used daily for months, then not, then used, etc.)
4 qt. Crock Pot (used a couple of times a month)
apple peeler-corer (needs to be replaced)
I could declutter, but I have room for it all and the things I consider unnecessy DH doesn't, and what I want to keep he would get rid of.

I have a tiny kitchen with no counter space and very little shelving/cabinet space. We have not replaced our broken coffee maker. I am the only coffee drinker, so I have a filter thing that goes on tope of my mug. I have a kitchenaid mixer, a cuisinart, a toaster, a crockpot, a handblender/immersion blender, a waffle iron, george forman, and a rice cooker. All of these appliances are stored in the pantry or in a lower cabinet neatly to be taken out when read. At the moment, our espresso maker and blender are in the basement storage. Our microwave which isn't used often, sits on top of our fridge.
I love kitchen appliances and only kept up here, what was essential to me.
i have a coffee pot, toaster, electric can opener, and microwave out.
also have a crock pot, blender, breadmaker, hand mixer, and a tiny chopper. i recently decluttered a juicer that was never used. next to pass along after i get a good manual can opener is the electric can opener that seems to take up space and stay dirty. i may ask for a small food processor in order to make ds's baby food easier...and then i would probably pass on the chopper. i have not enjoyed using my blender for making baby food so far, or i would just stick with the blender.

french press
toaster (2 slice)
micro
kitchenaid mixer
blender
That's what I use most and what I'd go down to if I had to. These are all out on the countertop.
Others:
crockpot
waffle maker
food processor
juicer
toaster oven (use mostly for baking fimo clay, or other low temp items, my oven is a bear and only heats to 450 degrees, we have to crack the oven and approximate for everything else, and i got it for free at a swap, it's a very old metal toaster oven, i it)

We have a coffee pot (for dh, my dad and guests) and a toaster oven (used daily) on the counter and an over the range microwave oven (saves on precious counter space!). I also have the following items stored above our laundry closet on a shelf for regular usage: crockpot, bread machine, rice cooker, deep fryer (dh's), a mini handheld chopper/food processor/mixer; and a handheld mixer for baking. I have a blender kept in a high cabinet above our refrigerator, but it hasn't been used in years and needs to make it's way to the thrift store!

I hate things cluttering up the counter. I only have my knife block, utensil holder, the toaster, a 4-cup coffee maker (takes up less room and dh is the only coffee drinker here) and a breadbox. I keep the electric can opener in a cupboard, but I rarely use that. I bought a Pampered Chef hand can opener instead and use that more often anyways. I store away the food processor (which I've never used), blender, etc. I'm not a big gadget kind of person I guess.
