What are you working on this week?

Let's not fall off the wagon, mamas! I'm desperately trying to get back on it. And trying to spend less time on the Internet at the same time.

A few weeks ago we did our kitchen cabinets, the top parts at least, and gave away three boxes of glassware and ceramics.

Last week I finally dug into my office paperwork. It's almost done, but weekly tasks and appointments have gotten in the way of finishing it. My goal is to get it all completed, and my sewing area organized and tidied, by the end of the week.

I also went through toys and culled a huge box of them, listed them for sale, and loaded up the car with still more stuff to give away.

After the office, I want to pare down my fabric collection both by selling off stash and actually...well...sewing!

And this weekend dh and I are going to clean out the garage and declutter our back porch, as well as put in our garden bed (yes, it's FL, we plant in August, LOL!).

What are you working on? Have you gotten some decluttering done recently? Where are you working next?

I find just maintaining those rooms I've decluttered

to be my main challenge! Yesterday I found my tube of toothpaste on the floor in the living room (unopened and not yuckied!)!

I want to work on my dresser drawers this week!

Whew...finally got my business and home files in order and caught up! I also got the taxes set up so that with just a little bit more work, we'll have 2004 and on set up to go much more smoothly. And I am almost done with 2003 (yes, I'm very behind - it was a rough spring here).

Tomorrow we are getting together with the IL's for the 4th. Monday, I am hoping that dh will take the kids out in the yard early in the day, while I finish the taxes, and clean up the debris from the storms this week. (He is off from work.) Then in the early afternoon I hope to get the house whipped into shape as everything has fallen behind because we were on the go all week long. In the evening I will bake some treats for the coming week.

I can't tell you how much energy has been released by getting this enormous pile of papers taken care of!!! I am freeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Hello!

I'm working on trying to sort out Sage's clothes and cleaning her dresser, and also on decluttering our cabinet in the kitchen.

Woo-hoo! I get to answer!!!

I cleaning out and decluttered two closets (major closets). I can't tell you how much stuff I'm giving away. The clothing pile in my basement is HUGE!!! We purged stuff from the early '80's from my dh's wardrobe. I'm so excited!!!
I also thinned the clothing containers for the kids - took out stuff I don't really love and it's going, going, gone!

The problem is I don't know how i"m going to fit it all in my van (and my kids too). Wish me luck!
