A poem I wrote
My Little Angel
Dusk settles gently,
Slowly covering the world,
Darkness blankets all.
Sleep calls to him,
Yet he resists,
Reluctant to miss any second of the world.
Slumber overtakes him,
How angelic he looks,
My heart is filled with pride,
And love...
That only lives within a Mother's heart.
I wrote this when my son was still in diapers.
