Thanks! I got it and checked it out -- looks promising!
Is anyone making pirates for group 1 (minor detail)???????
I haven't gotten my Wee Felt Folk book so I don't want to commit until I try some....
Lori
No one is. I have all the hats sewn and one set o fclothes, and all the peg legs, because I was going to make them for the pirate swap due this month. But I couldn't get the peg legs to work so I scrapped the idea. I can switch from parrots in group 1 to pirates, but can't make peg legged ones unless someone posts an awesome idea on how to get the friggin-fraggin pegs to stay where i put them,

I found my drill!! I just drilled holes in 4 peg legs and will make up a finished peg leg pirate tonight after the kids go to bed! I am so excited, lol! So I will definitely be making my pirates for this one
Lori - feel free to make pirates as well if that's what strikes you. Every pirate ship needs more than one pirate anyway! And out of 3 pirate swaps, only one had someone signed up for pirates anyway, so we could definitely use more pirates!
I just realised the eyepatches are ganna be sooooo small LOL ok should I use 14.3MM size for the length around the head or 12mm?I forgot to buy black and silver embroidery floss for the swords grrrr. No I was not trying to sound like a pirate ha ha ha ha ok so that was a lame excuse for a funny lol
Everyone in the original pirate swap due this month is getting one of those. I bought them a while back and shipped them to Kris I made little tiny Jolly Roger flags to go with them.
Can I change the eye patches to bags??LOL Im having so much fun making them and the idea of adding somehting to the front is cool.Ill still do the swords
