Lori - faxed the pattern today, I went ahead and sent the whole leaflet with several animal patterns. The alligator is on the last page. Let me know if you have trouble reading it.
You may want to use a smaller sized yarn and hook in order to scale the size down. These aren't large, but they might be just a bit too big for bendy scale in the worsted weight. Also, I feel they look nicer with finer thread and less 'air' in the stitches.
I made several of these when I was preggo with my oldest. We did an animal theme in his room and I made these animals into a mobile. It turned out really cute. I wonder if they are still around - if I can find them, I'll take a picture cause the pic of the pattern didn't copy well at all so I didn't include it.
