These ideas are fabulous! I am thinking of making peg leg bendy pirates, but I'm not sure ... there are so many awesome ideas that I want to try out!

Every day I get more excited about this swap. Seems my ds (4-who this will be a birthday gift for) talks about pirates more and more without my prompting.
Anyway, went to the craft store and had no luck with the steins. May try to make them out of clay. Found the barrels though.
Is anyone making the skull and crossbones flag? I was thinking of doing it out of felt and hand embroidering the skull and cb?! Wish I knew how to needle felt as that would look awesome!~!!
