These were intended for the Oz swap, but I procrastinated and obsessed and didn't finish in time...and then didn't finish even after Lorraine delayed the ship date for me.
I'm not so sure all the obsession created anything better than I normally would have, but boy did I obsess about this...about trying to sew actual little gingham dresses for Dorothy and then when that was a disaster finding the right shade of felt, searching for the right hair, trying to figure out how to do her hair, finding sparkly floss for the feet...etc. In the end I think this swap may have been over my head. They took so much longer than I anticipated. BUT! I did finally finish them. Too late to mail to Lorraine for the swap, but finally done none the less and I'm willing to ship individually to anyone still interested in swapping Oz pieces from this swap with me.
Here are 6 Dorothy's and 7 Toto's. The 7th Dorothy is missing because my dd took over the making of her. She was sewing her dress on when I took this pic...don't worry we'll be keeping that one.

Toto isn't very photogenic, but I promise he's cute in real life.

That glitter floss is perfect, as is the hair--CUTE set!
