I just saw that at HC and was going to tell you how wonderful it is. Really beautiful. And on top of that I think it is more boyfriendly than so many of the other styles. L's finally gotten old enough to play with her mushroom and keeps making it part of a town. guess i need to get her some more love the little mermaid and the witches too. Great stuff. I actually like what happens when limited supplies makes you stretch-- I get most of my best ideas that way.

I LOVE your acorn house -- so cute! You must be a lot like me, a lover of fairy stuff. I was inspired this summer while my DD was away for 3 weeks. Did you see my newest fairy houses? One is the Fairy Pagoda and the other is a Needle Felted Mushroom House. I've developed them into easy patterns and kits. You are so creative and imaginative, I'd love to hear what you think.

it's even prettier in person. Josh and I are fighting over it. I might need another.. with different fallish colored leaves for myself. He might win this argument.

"BUT.. I LOVE gnomies.. and can't you see that it's a *gnomie" house. Mommy, that's 'posed to be for me... No Mommy, that's not fair to say it's for you... that's mean teasing!"

oh yae!

I am so glad you like it!! Um, I dont beleive that proper waldorf teachings encourage argueing with your children over toys

this one would look lovely near yours its a wee bit smaller, and the little guy with it is very appropriately dressed

Kathryn, I LOVE your things! Your designs and another fairy house pattern arewhat finally made me decide to start making fairy houses I went in another direction with the design, but your website was instrumental in my inspiration

((hugs))

oh, you're evil. How much would you charge me for that? I'm totally 100% broke until next week, but Josh's favorite color is green.. and I don't have anything for his birthday yet..

maybe it'll motivate me to post a fs list?
