Does anyone know how to make mini pinatas?

I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to make mini pinatas? My Little girl is having a bday party (she's turning 5) and I would love to make mini tinkerbell pinatas instead of having treat bags, but I have no idea how to go about it. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks so much.

Those candy filled things that the children hit with a stick?

You use a small balloon for your mold. Make a slurry of water and flour. Cut strips of newspaper. Dip the newspaper in the slurry and then smooth the strips over the balloon. Two coats of newspaper will usually do it. Allow to dry. Decorate with paint or tissue paper.

We made them a few years ago. They came out fine. Lots of fun!
