I leafed through the first one in Kinokuniya. I was not terribly impressed. That said, I have quite a few waldorf doll books already. (Kinderdolls, The Doll book by Karin Neuschütz, Valeria Ferrari Baby Dolls and their Clothes, Toymaking with Children by Freya Jaffke). I also own the second book you mention. Do you want me to take digital photos of the pages and email you? I like the book and have made one doll from it, well, actually 3 dolls from one pattern. I really like the small dolls in it but have not had a chance to make them. I like it quite a lot. I would not buy the first one personally though. It was quite similar to the doll book by Neuschütz, actually, could be a translation with more pics.

What do you think of it? I already have Kinder Dolls, so is it a good addition? Not worth it, etc....
