Last night I decided to make a table and benches for the kids out of some wood I found in the garage and some stumps we found this winter in the woods. I think they came out really cute!
This afternoon, we had one stump left (there are more in the woods that I am going to have to go get!) and I found another board, so I made a really simple seesaw. Holden was afraid of it, so I scoured the garage and found an unopened box with the makings for a couple of towel racks for the bathroom, so I used the mountings as handles, and now he will ride it with his big sis!
Thanks for looking - these are my first two wood crafts; I am making them a sandbox as soon as my ex gets us the lumber! I cna't wait - this has beena lot of fun

Dear Mom and Dad- I may parent differently than you did. This does not mean that I think you did it "wrong." However, it also does not mean I am doing it wrong.
Ahhh, nothing warms my heart like a girl and her power tools.
I once got a power drill for valentines day.
Ever since I used a power drill at Heather's, I am loving my toos! I actually only used a hammer and nails for these, but I did use my saw for the first time!
WAAAY cool and great work Bonnie!! Did Kenna get a haircut and a Christmas dress? She is just adorable!!
She got a hair cut a couple of months ago, and why she is wearing her Christmas dress today, I can't say, lol. She bought it to wear on the train when we met Santa and she puts it on every once and a while
(saysthe girl who just hadher 3 years worth of vines growing on her fence brutally ripped away by her landlord while she wasn't home... )
