Too quiet!

This is my hang-out-at-home morning, and it's too quiet on this board! You actually want me to believe that you guys have lives and things to do, right?

Let us know what's going on with you today! I am off on a <blecch> Wal-Mart quest for blue raspberry Kool-Aid -- which I am told has the best blue dyeing color! Off we go!!

I am crocheting a bunny right now (dd is still asleep, it is 10:15 here) and when she wakes I will have to call Japanese bookstore. I hate calling, so it is my big thing of the day. other than that all i have to do today is go to the park to play and eat and such.
Oh, and we are trying to get Liisa used to going to sleep on the bed (we ususally bounce her to sleep on the ball) so that is what I will do at night. IŽll cook dinner once dh is home.
nice and simple day
This is pretty much what I do every day, sometimes we see some friends in the park but other than that we do pretty much nothing worth mentioning all day.

Holden and I had mommy and me gymnastics this morning, then Kenna had her class, then the grocery store. Now we're home and I'm catching up on email before we go and take a wagon ride around the neighborhood (before it start to rain again!)

Cool Jodi - I'll let you know when the boxes get here.

Anu - I am going to have to hold off on the Japanese craft books for a couple of weeks. It totally pains me to do so, but with our furnace dying repeatedly last week and the week before and the subsequent oil bill I have to use my pp to pay some other bills and pick up a few groceries

Give me 2 weeks though (probably 3/24) and I should be all ready to order them (hopefully - unless something else major goes wrong!)

I woke at 5:30am, picked up, meditated, started laundry, maeg's woke up, nursed her, got dressed, helped her make eggs, made coffee, checked my email, used my sizzix on the last 4-leaf clovers for a swap, then we were off.....Maegan had her 3yr check up this am, then we had our 3rd gymnastics class, she loves it ;-) It was grandma's b-day present to her.
then we had salad and stuff for lunch, then dd went out back to harass our chickens with some sticks ...now she's watching lil bear, soon ds will be home and he's babysitting her outside while I package up my swaps and orders
whew!

Thanks! I can get Berry Blue here in town, but not the Blue Raspberry that I am wanting. I checked Wal-MArt, Safeway, and Smith's today, to no avail. I also checked the KA webstie, and it appears they don't make Blue Raspberry anymore. Sigh....

My oldest is on 2-week spring break and home today. We were up early, off to WM (had to do it!!!) then home to start making Wil's 5th birthday cake. Made lunch, dd's dance teacher came to our home to give her her dance lesson (the other 2 in the class are out-of-town(small class).

Trying to get supper ready (sushi and lasagna-what Wil wants for his bday dinner-he is very indecisive, like his daddy) but I have to clean the kitchen from lunch first. ACK, it never ends!!!

Need to go sew some diaper covers or this baby's booty will be bare for a few days. Have lots of other sewing I want to do but gotta start my Mother Earth's for the Root Children swap!!!

that is about it, I think I will scrap everything and go take a nap

Have you tried just blue food coloring yet? You'll need to add some vinegar to the dye bath, but it does work well. I got a fabulous red using food coloring (and restaurant supply places sell it in nice 8 ounce bottles!)
