That sounds GREAT!!!! Where do you live? I am in TN.

Wondering how far of a drive it is.... I am only about 1 1/2 hours from Rebecca (polkadot) and plan to visit her sometime, although not sure she likes vegetables so I might have to rethink that, just kidding

oh - depends on what part of tn. i am a mere 12 hours and 42 minutes from the eastern most border! i live in pennsylvania!

however, just this morning - after reading everyone's posts - i really really wished i lived closer to you all. bonnie is the closest i suppose and she is in connecticut!

wouldn't it be great to organize a weekend crafting retreat

That would be awesome, lol! PA is not TOO far from CT, lol! Heather is also in CT, although way on the other side of the state.

That's Awesome. If I had a rolling cart out, my son would be driving it around all day!! I recently reorganized my crafty stuff. I have my sewing stuff in a basket in my closet (up high so scissors are out of reach) My knitting stuff is in a knitting box/basket on top of the entertainment center in the living room. My felt/roving is in a picnic basket on top of a bookcase. My UFO's (which I prefer to call, "WIP's") misc. craft supplies and cotton yarn are in tubs on a shelf in my laundry room. Not ideal, but I need stuff available but out of my son's hands.

LOL, I have to keep some of my things away from guys because they want to make things too and it just uses up my good stuff. They have their own nice craft supplies but when they have access to my cool stuff, they want to use it!!

I like WIP too and what is the other one.... PIG? Can't remember what that means.

I think TN is ideal because it is Central. I will host so you all can just drive to me haha!! But since I have no craft stores anywhere near me, that may be a turn-off. We do have 4 bee-hives in the back yard and live next to a lake and have a canoe so there would be entertainment!! It would be very fun to get together. The Amity East Coast Craft Get-Together would be one to remember.

Maybe in the warmer weather . I know I am dreaming but it is fun!!

Way to go on the organization!!! Maybe we should have just done a New Year's Craft organization-along!!

Also, your house might be bigger, but mine is in the middle!!! Just kidding, I just don't like to drive that far if I don't have to. I always offer to host homeschool functions so I don't have to drive. Kind of stupid, really, cause I end up in a cleaning, organizing frenzy, spending too much money on food!!

Ok, your house it is!!
