Where to buy a Waldorf doll making kit?

I saw one in a catalog not too long ago, but DS destroyed the catalog and I don't remember which one it was! I'd love to make him a little friend (OK attempt to) for Christmas. I need an EASY pattern/kit that comes with EVERYTHING you need. I don't want to have to order everything seperately because knowing me, I'd forget a part and then the doll would be without hair or something! Anyone made a waldorf doll from a kit they purchased? I'd love to hear about your experience with it and know where you bought it!

Thanks in advance!

The catalog was probably:

http://www.magiccabin.com

But you can also get them here with more variety and probably cheaper (though I haven't priced them in a while):

Magic Cabin.. Yes that's it! Thanks! I wanted other stuff from there too, so bookmarking it now! lol

I checked out Joys dolls, there's lots of options there, I hope I can actually do this!! I think I'm gonna order the stuff next payday for it! Off to call my sewing guru to see if she can help me!

I've ordered from weir dolls. I especially like the option of buying a premade head.

I've made a doll from the kit with Joy's. I bought a premade WIG, not a head (in my next kit I got the premade head since I was in a co-op and was more willing to justify the expense when I was saving money overall.... or something ). You can also get presewn bodies. If you have any sewing experience, the bodies aren't hard - she gives you a pattern, you cut it out and sew it up. The kits come with everything you need - some even come with fabric for the first set of clothes.

I am currently anti- Magic Cabin because they're not the cozy small outfit they seem. Not bad business experience (tho some people have had problems with kits they ordered not including everything they need), I'd just rather support a smaller business.

Well..... YOU could do a co-op for them

I forget who did it. I have a feeling that any one person doesn't necessarily do them over and over since she wouldn't have the "need" for that many dolls.

We have the "Little Love" (13") and the Brother/Sister (still unassembled).
