FAT FACT:
20 years ago a standard cup of coffee was 8 ounces and had 45 calories.
Today's 16 ounce cup of "brand" coffee has 350 calories.
You need to walk approximately one hour and 20 minutes to burn off the extra 305 calories in the "brand" coffee.
yep, me too.. I had to drop out of the sewing swap (sigh.. Iam still wah-ing over this) and the swap here that got extended.. I suppose I could craft like crazy today andmail tomorrow lol.. butI wont.. and the only one I am on here is the August ending holiday one.. that should be fun

That's okay. You will be able to join more in the future. I'm hoping there will be a fall nature table swap that I can join. I'm pretty bummed that I missed out on a few swaps here also.
