That's really pretty, how did you make it? Tie the fabric onto the cording, or tie the knots and then string? It's beautiful.

Thank you.

The fabric is cut into 1 x 5 and tied in a knot on jute string. i use wood spools or wood beads ever 6 inches. It is so easy to make and the homespun gives it a nice primitive look. the part I really hate is cutting the strips. It just take so long and i try to use at least 20 different strips.

If you all want to make one, I have a huge rubbermaid container full of homespun fabric ( yardage) I would be will to trade for.



i'm thingking about making them for the swap but I'm not sure how many yards to do. what do you all think?
